While the majority of our projects involve moving dirt and laying pipe, no two are the same. Each project had unique challenges our people had to overcome to provide a top-notch finished product for our clients. Even though it’s sometimes easy to get lost in the daily craziness of the infrastructure world, looking back on all the projects we’ve completed makes it all worthwhile.

Valencia College Roundabout
The Valencia College Roundabout was a $800,000 project designed to help traffic congestion on campus. White's Site Development handled the complete civil scope on this project.
Perimeter West 3 Jacksonville

Our team is in the process of developing this 185,000 square foot warehouse in Jacksonville Florida. This project is over an two hours from our home office however our team has been able to complete all the mass gradework, install all underground utilities, and install over 8,000 tons of limerock road base.
The Pearl of Viera
The Pearl of Viera is a 300 unit apartment complex covering 11 acres. Our team handled the complete civil package. We install all underground utilities along with importing over 60,000 cy of clean import. Our team additionally installed over 5000 linear feet of underground utilities.
